Just wondering how many of you use a case when transporting you bow to and from the deer woods. I was always strickly case, but as of right now... I am no case. I am only no case, because someone thought the would help themselves to it when I made the mistake of leaving it in an uncovered truck bed. That won't happen again.

I like the soft cases with the zippers... not a lot to mess with, but stll gives your bow some protection. I just need to get myself another one now!

Ok here is a chance for you to come clean if you have been living with the terrible guilt of an accidental dry firing of a bow. It happened to me. It is not something I am proud of. I'd like to openly admit my mistake and ask for everyones forgiveness. Here is what happened on that tragic day...

It happened about 6 years ago and it was at a well known pro shop in town. I was checking out a new Bowtech bow and I drew it back (no release, no arrow on) with my hand. I was so impressed ...

I have said before on another post I have a PSE Dominator 3D set at 65# with 80% let off or something like that. I have been told that the poundage is more than usual for bowfishing but it is fine to use. I am considering getting a little starter kit to put on my PSE due to finances just to see if I like it and then if I discover ...

As some of you know I hunt for the Doc's TV show. I got my new bow in a few days ago and out of the box I hit 319 fps at 70 pounds. It's a limbsaver speedzone. Gotta get it tuned up a little but it should be good. Need to get use to the short brace height and the no back wall but it was crazy shooting a bow that fast. Either way I plan on killing a nice buck with it

This kind of coincides with my grip post. Target panic to me is the inability to release your arrow comfortably and naturally before the desired intension. While having grip issues and having to hold the sight pin on the target until impact has been something that has been happening to me over the last couple of years. I've decided it is time for a new bow sight. I've had a Toxonics on my Switchy for the last 4yrs, and the fibers have begun to fade. Not really wanting to re-fiber them.... but just ready for a change all together.

I bought my wife the Apex Inferno last year (same time I bought her Bowtech from Eric at Petitts), and that sight has really impressed me. I'd go out on a limb and say they have THE brightest pins on the market today! Because this past week I ...

We made a good showing for WA and had alot of questions from other shooters wanting to know what it was about and that they really liked the shirts and hats.

Here are a few pics.

Just wondering how many members out there shoot with a wrist strap caliper type release vs. a hand held T handle type release. I have always shot with wrist strap trigger release, but I recently picked up the Extreme Pro Diamond T handle thumb release from Tru Ball. It takes some getting used to, but I think after a little practice, I will be a more accurate shooter with it.

Here is a pic of my 3D shootng shirt. It has patches of some of the companies I am on the shooting staff for. I hope to get a couple more paches of some of our sponsors. (I know Jeff from Keyes Hunting Gear has one for me). I also have another one that pretty much looks the same, but it is black.

I bought a Mathews Drenalin years ago and was some what uncomfortable with the grip seeming to always fight it. I could not let the arrow go without gripping the bow (could not leave my hand open) as it seemed to torque if I wasn't holding it.

So bringing me to my point. ...
