I bought the Monarch ATB Team RealTree 12x42. These have a FOV @ 1000 yards of 262 yards. Real sweet. I also bought a bino harness and even sprang for a laser range finder. I got the Archer's Choice w/ ID technology. It comes with a neoprene type camo protective cover and a strap for hanging by my side. Much like Mike and Glenn I have to say clarity is as good as any bino out there. There are unreal. Low light is another super plus. Last season I was hunting with Romer and it was still a good 30 minutes before light but I got a text from him that there were deer in the field I was watching but with it being cloudy I couldn't see any so I pulled out the Bino's and looked through them ... Guys, if you want a set of binos that will do you justice, get a pair of Nikons. These are the Monarch X series in 10.5 x 45 and they're smaller then th 8 x 42s that I had been using, the clarity is just unbelievable, I can focus on something as close as 5 ft and can clearly see birds sitting on a phone pole over 1/4 mile from my back yard, just incredible. I'm like a kid with a new toy I'll not go to the woods ...
