Im not familiar with that bow but in most cases you do have to change the cam out.

If the bow is infact draw specific, the shop should be able to order you the new cams you need I would assume. Once you get them in and installed you will be ready to go.

Like it was said in most cases you will have to order a new cam... other cams take modules to make them draw length specific, while other cams you can adjust just by moving a rubber draw stop. It sounds like your shop was not very helpful at all... I would recommend taking the bow into a different shop or calling around to find out what exactly you need to get your draw length set up right (I am not sure on Bear model Bows). Good luck to you though.

I am not sure about the Element, but if it needs a new cam just have a pro shop order one for you. Once it comes in they can put it on for you and your set.

It may be time to go to a different pro shop, the Bear Element is a single cam bow and is not a draw specific bow so you don't need to change the cam, only the module and they can be changed without a press.

And the Modules should only be about 20 bucks. I don't believe you need a new cam on that bow either.
