Tonight was "All About the Whitetails"

Had a great night in the stand... Jack and I were hunting a new property so we hiked around and finally decided on a field edge overlooking a bean field. Good climer trees were few and far between... so I told Jack that we could just hunt out of the same tree and that I hopefully would get him taking a deer on film. We had three deer come out in the field at 5:30 and the action continued til dark. Overall, we saw 19 deer and two turkeys.

Nothing presented itself with a good shot, but you still can't beat seeing that many deer in one evening this early in the year. Can't wait to get back out there again!
