The first few times out last week was a bust. didn't see anything.I think the high winds might have had something to do with it.I went lastnight and spent about 6-7 hours in a good steady rain,I figured the deer would be moving with the cold front coming in.I seen the first ones came through around 2pm,there were about 5 does.They were 60 yards out and moving on.I had a couple more come through around 6pm,they were maybe 30 yards out in front of me,but they were in they high stuff and all I could see was their tails.On my way out I glassed the bean field and there were 12-15 out there ,some had bone one top.I waited for a few mins ,but they never left the beans.It ended up being a good day after seeing all the deer,today looks like it will be a better day.I'm so ready to bust one.
