Well my 11 year old son had to have his tonsils taken out yesterday. Let me tell you I was very proud of him. He is really growing up to be a very good young man. The doctor and the nurses said he was probably the best kid they have ever had. He is tough as nails. Thats the only problem he will not let you know if something hurts. The nurse asked him if he wanted something for pain after and he told her no that it did not hurt. Well as being his father I know when he is in pain. I asked him if it hurt and he said just when he swollowed. I told him if it hurt he needed to take the meds so it did not get to hurting to bad. Im very proud of him the way he carried himself the entire time. Its hard to beleive that he is growing up so fast. Just want to remind all the parents out there to spend as much time as possible with your kids they grow up way to fast.
