Well I'm back online now,The neck fusion surgery I had went pretty good,Feel ALOT better now,Now just have to get the shoulder cut on 1/13/10

Good luck man. I know what your going to deal with the shoulder had mine done 3 times now. Take it easy and do what therapy tells you to do. At first your going to thing they are trying to rip your arm off. Good luck buddy

Hey buddy just a little advise when you have your shoulder done talk to your doc about getting you a tenz unit. I still use mine all the time it helps relax your muscles. It may not hurt to ask about it for your neck. It has little pads that hook electric up and shocks the muscle works great I love mine.
