Hey all just curios as to what kind of trail cameras you all are using. I currently do not own one but am looking to purchase one. I hear dome horror stories about some leaking and getting ruined. I just want one that is completely waterproof and simple to use. Look forward to hearing what y'all use and suggest for me. Thanks. -Mike-

For the money you spend it's dang hard to beat a Moultrie. They are affordable and take good quality photo's. Battery life is good on them as well and I've not heard anyone say they had leak issues. I've had four or five Moultries and not had any issues with them

Honestly, there are quite a few cameras out there that will do a great job. Some are priced reasonable but you can also spend an arm and a leg on others. I will agree with Robert... for quality and affordability, Moultrie is tough to beat. Good luck with whatever you decide.

I've got all moultries. I did have a leak issue on one of them but it was my fault. I didn' close the battery compartment good. But it seems to have all dried up and still works like a charm now.

I have used a few different types also. I have used wildviews they are cheap but they dont take good night pictures. I think the moultrie is the best for the price.

Good product for a reasonable price. You can go cheaper but you will probablly not be happy with it.

I have the I40. I think thats the model. It's infrared and gets a good pic out to a descent distance. Here is a night shot. It's probablly 25' away.

I have a moultrie I40 it's a good unit, I did alot of research over the past few weeks and I like the Bushnell Trophy Cam model # 119435C, they go for around $200, I found them on Ebay for $177 including shipping, it just came today, also got the security box, which goes for roughly $30

Mine are the Moultrie d50's , a cheaper camera but take pretty good pics, and if one comes up missing I'm not out a bundle.
