Computer Program?

Do any of you have a program on your computer that will let you take a pic and rotate it from right to left or left to right?

If so can you let me know what program it is. everyone I got wont let me, I can rotate it clockwise or CCW but not the other way.

and im not talking about just flipping it over i want it to actually turn. and it would be nice if I could manualy turn it myself

Im in a bind with this logo.

MS Office picture manager will let you rotate by the degree. Not exactly sure that's what your asking.

I will have Tammy tru and do it tonight. She is really good with computers

Sorry man I am not much help when it comes to computer stuff.

I use adobe photoshop,and it lets you do that.It will even let you go 3-d

I don't use it but have heard of it.

photoshop elements works too,might be able to get a tril download on adobe's site.
