 Bino rear lense covers

Hey all, just wanted to see what everyone does and their opinions with the rear bino covers. When in a tree my bino's are hooked at my chest using my safty harness (Loggy Bayou's harness), when on the ground I use a bino buddy type of shoulder strap system. The rear lense cover seems to be designed for use with the factor neck strap and IMO it just doesn't work well with either shoulder strap system I use. The cover just seems to keep getting in the way. I first just used a nylon string and tied the rear cover to the bino's (burn the knot to kep it tight). I was somewhat okay with that. Then last year I tried using a tie wrap so it didn't swing around like it does on a string. Almost lost the rear cover so I'm not liking that idea much. I use Swaro's but I really don't think it's so much as to the brand on bino to finding a decent solution.

So for you all that use a shoulder strap bino system what do you do about the rear lense covers Question
