First time in 3yrs i have taken a weapon with me in the woods for turkey season,I'm ust as happy taking other people out to get them a bird. But I figured since we had a little contest going on here at WA I would try and get some points for Team 6 aka Team JellyHead. Thanks to Darin at D&B Calls got to drop the hammer on this one.

Volway is being a little modest ... yes it's a nice bird, but his shot was pretty cool too ... about 45 yrds. We were walking down a logging road, after hearing some birds and setting up. We get out the decoy's and the bird just shut up. Volway couldn't get them to answer for anything. So, we decided to walk down the road a bit to see if they were heading in the opposite direction. We were talking about where to go next and he see's a head coming up a hill. We squat in the road and he gets ready to shoot. The TOM walks behind a fallen tree going up a hill and as soon as his head pops up from the fallen tree the last time, BOOM .... Volway takes his shot. It was some nice shooting... Congrats honey!
