| i was wondering if any of yall had any recipies for a home made attractant blocks. like they sale those protien blocks. but just curious to see what yall think. | |

| IMO I wouldnt like to hunt over bait and dont think anyone should, but i do understand that in somecases that is the only way to see deer and i respect that.
Here in IN we are allowed to feed deer in the off season but we have got to pull it all up 10 days before season starts.
And if they made it legal here id say i wouldnt but you never know i might just change my mind.
If its legal than i have no prob with ppl doing it.
As for recipes I think Mark has a pretty good do it you self mix of minerals | |

| well in the huge pine forest a good corn feeder is where they are. or will be sometime. i understand as far as nutrition goes, corn is fast burning calories. so i like to put out summer minerals and protiens. i have these "granola bar" blocks that they love. so is planting and hunting food plots baiting? grown to bring deer ... | |

Like i said before to each his own and as long as it is legal it dont bother me at all, it dont effect my hunting. | |

| Corn and soybean are easy to get and will allways bring them in. Haven't seen anything else work but then again I haven't really tried a bunch. | |
