Subject: 10 pounds and counting... Wed Aug 11, 2010 10:00 pm
Well my boss asked me to join him in a 5 pound weight loss challenge at work. It runs through the month of August. The goal is to loose and maintain 5 pounds at the end of the month and do 10,000 steps a day. Today put me at just over the 10 poun weight loss mark. I would like to loose another 10 or so and then I will be pretty happy.

HAHA.... You ever been to Indiana. Not to many "hills" out here. You're right though, it will come in handy when I have hike far back in with my Summit climber and other gear.
