Everyone on here is getting some amazing pictures of some awesome deer. WOW! Some of you should be really jacked. I on the other hand is getting rather discouraged as I am not getting diddly for BIG deer pics. I have cameras out now I will check this weekend. Hopefully will get a glimpse of a good one then.

Keep this in mind:

A lot of big deer taken are ones that have never showed up on a camera....

I'd rather shoot 1 good deer that I never saw on camera then have a dozen monster boxes on a camera and not get a shot at them once the season rolls around.

I've sat over my foodplot and watched 5 buck come in. Four of them walked through brush behind the cam before entering with only one going in front. Two of them I've never gotten pictures of before. It was almost like they knew where to walk. I wouldn't get discouraged on lack of pics.

I'm not getting the big ones on trail cam but I go out and see them in the field. They just seem to skirt the camera. Wouldn't worry about it to much

I'm not worried, but usurally I have gotten pics of several good ones by now. To what Dave said, I have shot several good deer I did not know exsisted, but it is allot better knowing whenre to hunt.

Hang in there. Like everyone else said the big ones are there. They are most likely skirtting around. Hope you get some time to glass and see some nice bucks before your season starts to pick you up. Good Luck.

We just now got some this week,Our biggest problem is the standing corn, they are just staying in there and it's too freakin HOT for them to move much here,I did talk with the farmer and he said our farm should be cut by the middle of Sept. I think we will start having alot more activity after it's cut, hang in there they will show up.

Also, a couple years ago Mark shot a monster in the 180's and we have no pictures of him and neither of us had seen him before that day. The big boys just have a way of staying out of site some times
