Ky Opener

Well the Ky opener has come and gone, and MAN what a weekend Christy and myself had getting to spend it with camoedassain,The Guide & Mikealj plus all the guys in camp with Chuck ay Ky Trophy Bucks,weather was awesome for Sat & Sun in the low 40's in the mornings,Christy was able to get her first bow buck and to add to it he was in velvet,got all of on video and I was very proud of her,Her shot was high due to the deer droping and she spinned him,I was proud of how she handled herself and kept her witts long enough to get a second arrow on him,THEN her emotions took over like it does for anyone that has ever shot a deer with a bow,the tears of excitement began to flow, no he is no "Booner" but he is a "Booner" in our eyes cause it's her first bow buck,he is going to make a great addition to our wall of trophies,I would like to personally thank Don & Tommy for being there and sharing her experience and for ALL the help,sorry guys I couldn't get you all on more deer action but the season has just started so we have plenty of time. Thanks again again guys.

It was an awesome time. Even though the deer action was slow it was nice to spend a few days with guys and gals that have the same passion for hunting as I do. Congrats again Christy on an awesome buck. No need to appologize Steve. It is hunting and it can happen any where at any time. It was just nice to spend time with you all. Even though I was filming Don it was nice to get out there and spend some time in the stand. Hopefully maybe I will get back down there with Don later on in season.

Congrats Christy you made all the men jealous cause we have been trying to kill one in velvet for YEARS and you go out there and make it look easy. Oh ya thanks for not feeding the peach cobbler to Dexter this time.
