How my season is going

All I can say it's been rough the last few days,but still exciting...All I have been able to call in is hens...Still haven't heard the first gobble yet...I'm thinking it's time for a change of scenery...seeing plenty of deer though...Things are bound to turn around...Hope everyone else is having a good one...

ya same here, not much action except hunters all over the woods.

My thought is a lot of toms aren't in high gear yet because it's been so cold. I would expect that to change fast since it's warmed up

I am glad that we are all in the same boat, Saw a guy this morn, he shot a 14lb this morn, he heard him gobble at 5:30 in Huntington IN, and shot him right at daylight 6:20. Congrats to him! I have only called in a hen as well, but it is about to get good for all of us. Best of luck. In the Faith!

Been rough for me as well.... Got even rougher when my Mom called and told me 6 jakes ran through my backyard today!!
