I've been fortunate to attend several of the ATA shows and if you've not gone before then you should try and get to one soon. Fist and foremost you get to see all the latest archery gear and technology before it hits the stores. Secondly you get a chance to meet and talk to some of the bigger hunting stars out there. Most are friendly and eager to share their knowledge. Putting on a hunting show isn't just about showing up with a camera. It's a tremendous amount of work and time and it can be very taxing on you. Here are a few pictures for ATA's of the past.

I also thought they were invite only. I guess i will have to hit up the Indy one next year. I'm only 1.5 hours away. Hopefully I will be representing WI next year.

The ATA shows are not open to the public. You cannot just walk in the door to attend the show. You must have a dealer/owner/associate pass to get in the door. The one in Indy this year was pretty good. There is just so much to see and so many things to try out first hand.

I also believe the one next year is going to be in Columbus, OH and the dates for that show are January 10-12.
