Was just wondering what are some of the sites you guys use for Aerial photos of your hunting grounds? I use google earth for mine, for my area they seem to have the best pics, but I'm sure there has to be better

I found a GIS mapping site for the county i live in. It gives almost any info you want about the property. The topo, water ways, owners name, value, purchase price, ect. ect.

I like google earth as well, but my favorite is virtual earth.Just something about that 3d view I like. The program I downloaded doesn't seem to allow for the 3d,but the one over at nat geo still works.Give it a try.

I'm not really familiar with google earth but I've used the Montana plan a hunt mapping program. The feature I liked was you could change from aerial photo to a topo in a click. It's really helpful to see what the elevation changes are if you're scouting out an area you've never been to on the web.
