where is the best place to shoot them with a bow.. any ideas or experience.. I have a flock of turkeys walk right to my blind every evenig on trail cam and sept 15 im gonna try to bust one with a bow..

I've shot a few birds with my bow and always found that the breast area is as good as any. It's almost like shooting a deer. I try to avoid shooting the breast for meat reasons but the vitals behind the breast are what will take a bird down fast. I've also heard you can shoot them in behind the tail feathers if they are strutting but I've not tried that.

Broadside I aim for the wing joint, any other angle I typically aim center on the higher side. Hopefully you don't have to but be ready to chase them down after the shot. They can be tuff to find when wounded.
