I was able to take my whole family down to Honduras for a few weeks to spend Christmas with my parents who have lived down there for 3 years. What a trip! But man am I glad to be back in the U.S.! It was amazing, so sad to see the poverty and makes me so thankful for all that God has given us.
We went on a tour of an island that is only inhabited by the Garafunda tribe, here's a huge wild boa we found while hiking up a mountain, our guide said he had never seen one this big.
We went to a little zoo where most of the monkeys were in the cages, but if they got bored they just climbed out and nobody seemed to care. Crazy country! My kids loved feeding them though!
They had a cool jaguar, but I guess they could only afford one with three legs
