Deer cart

Hey all for the past few years I've been using a wheel barrow to cart out my deer to the truck. I've always been dancing around the idea of buying a deer cart but some are pretty pricy. I have some old bicycle tires so I'm considering possibly making one. Is it worth making one?? If so what materials are the best to use. Or is it just worth while to buy one, for the price it would cost to build your own?? If so which one. Thanks in advance.
