Have a couple of fun Lumenok Stories. First one took place three years ago. Was on a hunting trip and it had been in the 90's the whole time and no deer movement at all. Well the last day of the hunt it cooled down into the 60's and this was out best chance. I hadn't seen anything and then right before dark I have a doe come in. First deer I've seen the whole time so I'm shooting. She steps into range and I release my CX Maxima and Lumenok. She kicks and takes off running up a hill and out of site. I go ahead and nock another arrow and wait a minute when I hear a noise. At this point I'm in the last minute of shooting light and I look up to see this bouncing red dot coming at me. It's the doe and my Lumenok is about the only thing I can see. As the deer runs by me at 10 yards I aim at the other Lumenok and release an arrow. Sticks next to the first nok and down she goes and hince the Boomanok is born. I shot a deer with my Lumenok and it brought her right back to me. By the way I had to step over her as I climbed out of my tree. She literally died at the base of my tree and stand.

The other is how the Truckanok was born. My buddy Zach was out hunting a small farm we have access too. A doe comes in and he shoots her and watches the Lumenok bounce as she runs away. He gives her some time and comes down and heads to the truck. As he gets to the road a guy that lives near by ask him if he shot a deer. Zach says yes and the guys says "well there is a dead deer up next to your truck. That doe had ran out of the woods and died next to his truck. No dragging required.

our deer were shot about two weeks apart.
