I found a great deal on a sit and climb this past week but didn't pull the trigger on it. If I'm looking at it right it doesn't look like you can use the bar that you set on to climb as a shooting rail. Am I correct on this? Other than that the stand looks like a winner but I like the rail on my Viper. Thanks for any information.

I think you are correct. It hangs down pretty far.

That's correct. I had one of the other Lone Wolf climbers two years ago and it's a young mans climber or you have to be in really good shape. I had trouble with the rubber band that went around the tree. It grabs to the tree non stop and wore me out climbing. It's light weight and comfortable but I ended up selling mine. To much work to use it
