Subject: Late season goose hunt Wed Jan 26, 2011 11:45 pm
With the way my deer season has gone so far I decided to skip the deer stand and hook up with a new friend of mine and try some goose hunting. My brother hooked me up with a guy he works with that is an avid goose hunter and he agreed to take a bunch of rookies to the goose blind with him. So last saturday Tommy, Justin and I headed to the eastern shore of Md. and man we had a blast. If we could shoot straight we would've been limited out in about 2 hours but it took us 3 to get our limit of 10. We got a bunch of great footage and we think it will be a nice addition to our next DVD. I never thought goose hunting would be so much fun but it deffinitely beat sitting in a deer stand not seeing anything. I am headed back there again this Saturday.

Very nice! It sure can be a lot of fun when they're coming in fast and thick! I like making jerky out of mine, never cared for the greasy taste of roasted waterfowl.
