With the weather warming and range time coming, I've been playing with a lot of different handloads. One load that is new for me is the barnes 70gr triple shok in 223. I havn't shot them yet, but I can't wait to see how they work. I'm making a few batches of ballistic gel and I'm gonna see just what they can do. While I'm at it, I'll do a little more testing, that way I can compare to some more traditional deer loads. Boy this is going to be fun! Next weekend I'll take a half dozen rifles and shoot them over the chrony into some ballistic gel and compare some apples to oranges! I'm getting really excited just thinking about this!
