What do you cook over? propane, charcoal or open fire, for our everyday grillin we use charcoal, but when we do up special stuff we use hickory wood, gonna cook up acouple of boston butts (pork shoulders) Sunday for a cook out, we will start up the fire around 6 in the morning and start cookin around 8, when they are done , we will shred them, mix them with some homemade Carolina vinegar based barbecue sauce and start the feed!!!!!!!!!!!!!
