Proud of my Dad

I got a call from the man that got me involved in bow hunting at a very young age, my Dad. He had called to tell me that he had filled a doe tag. It was great to hear as he gave me the play by play of what hapenned. He just turned 62 on Saturday and clearly he can still shoot the bow. A couple of years back he fell out of a stand and messed his shoulder up pretty bad, (I know I got onto him about wearing a harness) so it was great to hear that he is back in the game. He has taken some nice bucks over the past couple years with the rifle and I hope he is able to take a nice one with his bow this year. Way to go Dad!

Well at least Dave's dad does!! JK That is great news! It's always fun taking deer with archery equipment.
