Long weekend

Well as most of you know my 11 year old son had his tonsils out on tuesday. well when he got to my house friday I noticed he was not looking good. I checked him and he was running a fever. Took him to the er to make sure spent most of the night there got home around 2 am. They said they thinks its just from the surgery so we have been keeping a close eye on him. Then saturday my daughter was running a fever so spent another few hours and the er with her. I did get out this morning and had a pretty nice buck come him I had trouble not shooting him but I held off on him for a better buck.

Yeah that sucks but family comes first. Hopefully you can get out soon and get a crack at one.

They are doing better Anthony is still very sore. I went out hunting this morning had a fun morning had a big doe come by around 8 am and she just hung out around my spot then a little spike came up and started running her like crazy. He was grunting and chasing. I know where I will be later today right there. He chased her for a good 30 minutes back and forth around my stand. I almost hated to get out of the stand but had some stuff I needed to get done this morning.
