Just got my first smoker and man is the family loving it. Who all out there is smoking some food

I will sometime soon. I have a charcoal grill with a smoke box on it and love to get some wood burning.

My stepfather has a smoker for the butcher shop so he makes all kinds of summer sausage, pepper sticks and all kinds of game gets smoked

I want to get into it. Just never made the purchase. I can make some good jerky in my dehydrator. How about it CA.
