getting food plots started

well got first food plot planted sat.used whitetail institute we planted imperial clover,whitetail extreme,chicory plus.I"ll let you know in a couple of weeks if it starts to come up

That is great man, I just let all the good farmers plant the food (thanks Dad). Like to help him out as much as I can.

Thats cool. Hope it turns out good for you. Just went and looked at a couple of ours and the clover is starting to green up and it is getting full. We planted it last year and it did not look that good. So we will see this year.

That's cool you're able to get yours in this early. We still have about a month to wait till the last chance of frost.

I planted some last fall and then frost seeded some more about 3 weeks ago. Clover is one of those things that really wants to grow. Particularly in my front yard Give it some time and weed control and it should do great.

Yeah just stay on top of the weeds and it should do good.
