what to do? any suggestions?

i think im gonna get a taurus raging bull .44 mag.
cant decide on the 6 1/2 inch or one of the 8 inch barrels.
leaning towards the shorter of the two, easier to handle.
what do yall think?

What do you plan on using the gun for? Hunting or sport. I think there is a minumum lenght on the barrel to use it for hunting. Not sure.

Get the 8 in, it should be more accurate.

I agree with Don on the 8" barrel...I had a Ruger Super Red Hawk w/ a 8" barrel and it was deadly,I just like longer barrels on my hunting handguns.I'm sure the 6.5" will do the job fine also.

Id agree get the 8" if hunting with it

well, i will do some hunting with it and some target.
gonna be my hog slayer. the 6.5 would be quicker to handle in the brush or thicket and should do the trick on a whitetail upto about fifty yards for me.
what do ya think about the ported barrel on the raging bull?
