Well I've spent the entire turkey season putting my new Pro Master Carbon Fiber Tripod from Camera Land to the test. Had it out in the rain, mud, heat, and wind and I can't say anything but great things about it. Having a great camera is nice but if you don't have a good tripod then it doesn't really matter.
The Pro Master held up under every test and provided a solid steady rest for my camera. In fact everyone I hunted with, including some outfitters, were completely impressed with it. One of it's best qualities is it's size and weight. So easy to carry in. Actually had it strapped on my pack several times.
Hope on over to the Camera Land site and check them out. It's priced right and will be one of those purchases that you are still happy about in 5 years. Plus they have the best warranty out there. I'm happy I decided to purchase my a few months ago.
