Like I said in my Shape Up challenge......... I've been doing push ups
So I started doing this program
http://hundredpushups.com/ and I was never real good at push ups.
You wouldn't believe how much and how fast they will add to your upper body strength.........
So anyone wanting to get stronger and don't have a lot of time try this it only takes about 10 minutes every other day.
I'm on the last day of week #2 and it's amazing how much easier they are getting
