Prayers needed

One of my pro staffers from Michiana Backwoods Adventures Pete Karas had a farming accident today with anhydrous, he has 2nd and 3rd degree burns to his face and its in his lungs and lower eyes, he is being air lifted to the local hospital in Ft. Wayne Indiana it doesnt look good but please pray for him to pull through this.

That is news you never want to hear. He will deffiantely be in my thoughts and prayers Dennis. I wish him a speedy and full recovery. Keep us updated and let me know if their is anything else that you need. God bless him and his family and may He grant them the strength to get through this terrible ordeal.

that stuff is really bad to get burnt with cause i know what its like just getting a little on my hands. I will be including him and his family in my prayers and hope the best will come out so he can get a good recovery.

an update as of lastnight on my good friend, he has second and third degree burns to his face and arms, his lungs are better than they thought, his esophogus was burnt an swelled shut but they got is air way opened back up, he is heavily sedated for the pain and is stable but serious.

Sorry to hear about this. Prayers sent from the South for him and his family. Let him know we are pulling for him.

Pete is doing better still on a respirator and heavily sedated, his esophogus is still swollen shut, they did a test on his eyes came back good but still not sure as he cant talk yet, lungs are starting to heal its going to be a long road to recovery but I want to thank you for all your prayers and Petes wife thanks you all as well

Thanks for the update Dennis... Glad things are looking a little better considering the circumstances. Hopefully he will continue to heal. He will remain in my thoughts and prayers. Let me know if there is anything else you need...

Folks I got kind of a disturbing text message from Pete' wife this evening... She stated that Pete's lungs had collapsed and they were going to put a tracheostomy in and also a feeding tube.

It sounds like Pete needs our prayers now more than ever...

Wow, that is not good. I was under the impression that things were looking a little more on the positive side. Thanks for the update. I will keep him in my prayers... Thanks for taking the time to post the scripture too. May the Lord be with him and the doctors that are caring for him and may his wife also be comforted...
