If you are like me you've had trouble finding someone good to process your deer. Well not this year. My brother who is a journeyman butcher/meat cutter is going to start butchering deer for others. He has a young family to support and he is very good at what he does. He just finished up my deer from this weekend and did a great job on it. He is experience, honest, and a solid dude that enjoys deer hunting as much as any of us. His prices are better than any of the processors and he has a great set up in his garage on the west side of Indianapolis in Claremont Indiana. Plus you'll know you will be getting your deer back and you'll get the cuts you want. he'll be mixing hamburger with cow fat which is a better way to do it. Pm me if you would be interested and I'll get you his number.
