I hate to say it but while turkey hunting today I couldn't stop thinking about Deer hunting and being in a tree stand. It's going to be a long summer. I really wanted to be in a tree today and not in a blind. I need deer season to hurry up

Oh man I hear you! After talking with Jody yesterday about this fall I am so ready to get out there. I just want to be in that tree and start seeing some deer!

Watched 5 deer this morning work their way up a field edge. As they were walking I was picking out every tree big enough to put a stand in.
