Spent the last two days in Southern Indiana hunting birds. It's been really drive and the birds haven't been coming to the fields and that makes the hunting hard. Got my but handed to me both days by Mr Tom. Did have a total of 8 Jakes come inside 20 yards and 3 were at 10 yards for about 5 minutes looking for the sexy hen I was pretending to be. Was a fun time. Had a crazy beginning to the day to do. Was almost down to Mark's this morning and got on his road when a horse steps out into the road, that's right a horse, and at 5:45 this morning. Well he is in the middle of the road jogging and will not let me pass. Each time I would try to go around he would cut me off. This went on for almost a half mile and then he cut off the road into a field. So I get to Mark's and tell him the story and he's just looking at me all funny like I was drunk and kind of laughed about it. So we get into his truck and head out. We get about 400 yards down the road and out pops the horse again and again runs down the road looking over his shoulder to make sure we can't pass him. He cut us off each time we tried and then continued down the entire length of the road. Of coarse we are laughing the whole time but we also were smart enough to turn on the Video and roll it the whole time. Wait till you see this horse running Nascar style on us and preventing the pass.
