Guess thats why its called hunting..

Well I went out this morning with my Dad and boy was there some noise in the woods! We couldn't figure out which set of gobblers we wanted to go pursue. So of course we picked the closest sounding set LOL. We called at two gobblers for 1.5 hrs and they never came! So we tried a little army crawl stalking and they busted my non-sneaky butt! Then I went out alone and got on two more gobblers and the same thing happened! I called for 45 min with them answering every call, and then tried sneaking up on them, saw a brief head and then they were gone. I should have just came up blazing haha.. oh well. I guess thats why its called hunting and not getting...

Haha I think youre right! They were chasing that tail.. guess ours didn't sound pretty enough haha

I feel for you that happened to me last year called to these toms an they would respond back but wouldnt come close
