This is my favorite way to grill venison steaks/chops and it is very simple. The only problew is when you think you are taking out enough you better grab one more package.
First put some garlic powder and seasoning salt on the venison. Then put it in a ziploc bag. Pour in a couple dashes of soy sauce and worchester sauce. Then pour in a can of coke. Let sit in the fridge for 12-24 hours and throw them on the grill.
The acid in the coke tenderizes the meat and the sugars carmelize the meat. This is unbelievably simple and delicious.
