Just planted my fall winter plot

Well Sunday I spent about 5 hours planting my fall winter food plot. I used my 1952 ford 8N tractor, 6 ft disc, and 5 ft blade to get the ground ready. I put about 100 pounds if fertilizer down the spread Honey Hole with 4 small packs of purple turnips mixed in then on the other half I put down an Antler King clover chicory mix in. It is suppose to rain Monday and Tuesday so I think I might have planted it just in time.

sounds good, hopefully all that hard work pays off. I've still got a month or so before i can plant mine. It's just to dang hot here right now.

have had no rain since i planted the seed but today we got a little. maybe i will see some growth in the next few days.

When should I bring my stand up??

There is one nice mature doe 1 two year old and a fawn that are usually in the clover next to it about everyday. How about bring it up the second Tuesday of next week. Ok

Finally got some rain today about 1". That is going to help out a lot. Ill take a pick of it in the morning and post it later tomorrow night.
