My buddy bear

This is one of my bestfriends and hunting partners. He got this bear last year and i could not have been happier for him. We started out working together and became very good friends and now we are great hunting buddies.

Everyone needs a good hunting buddy or two... Congrats to him on the kill...

yep i have a few him and i are going to try and do some filmed hunts this year at his place he has some great foodplots that we have been putting in. He has a bunch of does there so they are going to be in trouble this year if we have the camera with us.

I dont think he stopped smileing for about a week after that. We have alot of bears around my area. I have seen alot just never close enought o put an arrow in one.

If i get a shot at one that would be great. I have got a few that run around up here that have been seen a few times last year so you never know. I would like to get lucky and get some trail cams pics of one

That is awesome! Where was he hunting? Did he shoot it while deer hunting or was he watching a bait? Details man, we need details!

nope he shot it on his land in New York state not aloud to bait here he was deer hunting and the bear walked up to 30 yards to him and that is the story he got it. He had seen the bear when he was checking traps about a week eirlier so he set up in the same area and the bear could not have came any more perfect to him.
