Well tonight after I got home from work I had a busy night. I put a new climbing system up a tree and hung another stand in a prime location. Jack and his daughter came along and were a big help. We got my stand hung and Jack used a pole saw to clear some lanes for me. Also put up some climbing sticks on a tree on the other side of a ridge on the same property where the deer really moved through last year. I have a stnd on order, so it should be really easy to attach once it comes in.
It is nice to know that I have several options for last minute evening hunts when I get home from work or for a quick early Sunday morning hunt before church, without having to go through the trouble of dragging in my climber. Hopefully they pay off this year!
