Lease

This farm is 300 acres in Trigg cty Ky,just north of Cadiz. Full of crops with woodlots, large creek and CRP. I found this lease for a friend of mine from Georgia this past year. His son killed a 130" 10-point the second day of the rifle season and Ed (leaseholder) took a low 150's 9-point later in the gun season. They saw at least two other shooters during their short time hunting last year. Due to the economic times, he is looking for another person, with a young son/daughter,(not 2 adults) to split the lease with him. This is a great opportunity. Robert I believe it's $1500,I know he got it for $10 an acre last yr and I'm pretty sure the land owner didn't raise the price. If I can find some aerials of it I'll post them.
