Will be heading up to the Ky farms today and get some blinds set up for the youth hunt next weekend,Hopefully they have some of the corn knocked down.
If anyone has never got the chance to take a kid on a hunt you need to,I get more out of it than shooting one myself.Always remember that there is ALWAYS a boy or girl out there that would love a chance to go but doesn't have anyone to take them,I CHALLENGE EVERY MEMBER OF WA TO TAKE AT LEAST ONE YOUTH OUT THIS YEAR!!!Get these kids involved in this sport that we all love.

I could not agree with you mor Steve. Most of our youth today do not have people to take them out hunting and they end up losing interest in the sport all it takes is one time out hunting to be hooked on it. I think its a great thing to take kids out hunting.

Right on guys. I'm gonna take my youngin out this year. I am also gonna try to get my nephew out also. I would love to take the both of them to VA and smoke a doe with them there. My nephew wants to go but his momma is a little protective. They are both young only 4 and 5 but hopefully when they get a little older they will have some friends that would like to go also. Good luck next weekend Steve.

Yeah it was a lot of fun taking CA's little man out last year and I can not wait for my son to get a little older and I will have him out there as well. It will be fun taking them out and getting the oppurtunity to see them shoot there first deer. Just like my dad was there when I shot mine.
