I know, I know its between 2 and 3 months out depending where you are located but, if your anything like me your already working on a plan of attack!

Lets hear about those stand locations for the opener.

Ill be in a spot that Ive walked by for the past 4 years. About 75 or so yards off Hwy 79 Stewart County Tn. There is a road bed that is used as a travel route and is always covered with buck sign. I saw the buck that was using it 3 years ago and he was 3 years old then and a decent 8 pt. I plan on setting a buddy stand up and hopefully getting my son a shot at him.

Add pics if you got them.

Have no idea. I haven't hunted or been on the properties that I will be hunting. Some of the properties I've hunted before but not for years, so I will not have a game plan set for atleast a couple of months. I do know one thing, any doe that comes in range is going to be in trouble! I like to get blood on the ground early and it usually happens the first day out.

Not sure yet. Have a new property we are still scouting out. Won't know until later in the year. May just go to the old honey hole. Doe and young bucks are always milling around first day. Good luck.

I will make sure I have you a stand in place so you can go ahead and lay a Ky doe on the ground Sept 4th

It is going to depend on what my trail cameras and scouting tell me. But I am probably going to be hunting one of my ponds, a pinch point between beans and alfalfa/clover field or my favorite saddle.
