what do you, all do to stay in shape for hunting during the off season.. I been starting to run a mile after work every day with my wife but the heat index is 110 and thats just not happening lol.. Been haveing to shoot my bow the last 30 mnutes of daylight because it so hot out.. Bowfishig has been keeping me going though, if it gets too hot the waters right there and you can just jump in..lol

i was doing P90X for awhile but things started to come up and i had to postpone it until i tag out. That workout is intense and you have to do it balls to the walls everyday for atleast 1-1.5 hours. well that will cut into the hunting and sleep so i am putting it off for awhile.

situps and pushups.....are a good place to start with keeping muscles strong...
Also walking or running a few times a week.......
it sure helps when you go out to hang a new tree stand setup!!!
