when to put out a stand or ground blind

how early should a guy put up a ground blind, or hang a stand?
we have lots of wasps around here and a pop up ground blind would be a great spot for a wasp nest. what are some thoughts here???

I already have a bunch of my stands hung the blind I wont put that out until its alot closer to season

As soon as possible. We like to get our sets in at least a month before the season but more like 2 months before. With a blind you have to let them get used to it or have it brushed in great, but you should let them get used to it. You may just have to deal with the wasps. Check it out a week before the season opens. Make sure you zip it up tight.

Sooner is probably better but even just a few weeks before season is fine too.

If you have your spots picked out already, there is no time like the present to get your setups ready...

Yeah I agree with Robert, get them set up right now. Especially your hang on. If you are planning on putting a stand up in a bucks stomping ground you want to get it out asap so to avoid running him off before the season. It is early enough now that you should be okay, just go in quietly and try not to spread your scent around.

I agree the sooner the better. You can never have them in to early.
